@alintaenergy I reported that my gas meter number is wrong and instead of having the problem fixed, I am now without gas supply which mean ls no heat or hot water In peak winter, for no fault of mine, without any notification. Wtf!!

@etihad my flight booked in Dec to fly MEL to CCJ was changed by you and now my layover has gone from 2 to 14 hours. How can you not be responsible for providing hotel or lounge access for this? #CustomerService
