Hi @jagograhakjago consumer forum of India want to log the complaint against Crompton and its poor services. With in one month of purchase the cooler pump stopped working. And a month is going to logging ticket for the issue. Multiple follow-up tickets but no service by Crompton

Also if seats are not available in train to clear berth for RAC during the journey, how TC is giving tickets to few passengers after taking them outside of AC compartment. Is he taking bribe??

If railway can't provide a complete berth in overnight journeys why are railway charging full amount of ticket? I am paying for full ticket and getting reservation in RAC with half ticket, how is it correct?
