🚨 Serious Complaint against Tata Punch – Safety & Reliability issue 🚨 @TataMotors @TataMotors_Cars @jagograhakjago

I purchased a Tata Punch (₹9L) on 30th June 2025 from Arya Motors, Sector 14, Gurgaon.
👉 Within 3 days, I reported AC blowing hot air suddenly.
👉 Service Centre checked twice, said “AC is fine” / “gas refilled” / “issue resolved”.
👉 Yesterday, while stuck in traffic during Ganesh Visarjan with my 9-month-old son & 4-month-old niece, the AC completely failed again. It kept throwing hot air like a heater.

As a result, both infants suffered unbearable heat, cried continuously, and we had to book a cab mid-way.

Questions for Tata Motors:

Is this the quality of a brand-new car worth ₹9 lakh?

What exactly did your service engineers “check” in 2 visits?

Who will take responsibility if tomorrow a child’s health suffers due to such negligence?

What is the solution – replace the AC system or replace the car itself?

I need an urgent resolution & written assurance. Otherwise, this matter will be escalated to Consumer Court, Ministry of Road Transport & Safety, and mainstream media.
