@ParthJindal11 Hello, I want to make DC win IPL this season, for which I want to propose a discovery which I have made after drudging myself for 3 long years everyday with no other income generating work.
Please give me an opportunity.
Everyone who makes it to the top bleeds for it:
Isolation.
Exile from family.
Years of being misunderstood.
Pain that would break the average man.
That's why there are so few.
15 things to do with your mother while she is still alive. One day, you’ll wish you had.
1. Ask her about her life before you were born. She had dreams, fears, and a whole world that existed before she became mom.
2. Record her voice while she’s doing something ordinary like Cooking, Scolding, Laughing. One day, that voice will feel priceless.
3. Ask her what the hardest phase of her life was. She’ll probably talk about sacrifice without calling it sacrifice.
4. Learn one recipe she makes without measuring anything. Food is how many mothers express love. Appreciate the food she makes, you don’t know deep inside she will feel very happy.
5. Take photos of her doing everyday things.
Not posed or dressed up. Only Candid. These will mean more than any perfect picture.
6. Tell her thank you for things she never got credit for. She remembers everything, even if she never mentions it.
7. Tell her you’re proud of her.
Most mothers hear complaints far more than appreciation.
8. Ask her what she worries about the most.
Chances are, it’s still you.
9. Sit with her without checking your phone.
Just be present. That’s rare now.
10.Ask her what she wanted to be when she was young and listen without interrupting.
11. Hug her for no reason. Don’t rush it.
https://t.co/wuxftUs97U her even when you have nothing to say. One day, you’ll miss the sound of her answering.
13.Take a photo of just the two of you together. Frame it.
14.Ask her about her parents. Her stories keep generations alive.
15.Tell her something you’re struggling with.
No matter how old you are, it still matters to her that she can protect you.
If your mother is still alive, please do at least one thing from this list today. You’ll never regret it & take care of her health.

Here’s a piece of contrarian parenting advice:
Be a little selfish.
After having kids, a lot of people surrender their life as an individual. They stop pursuing their passions, don’t travel, give up their me-time, and get out of shape.
The intent is positive, but what message are you sending?
If there’s one thing I’ve learned about parenting, it’s this:
Kids ignore most of what we say, but they see *everything* we do. They tend to adopt our behaviors, both good and bad.
👉 Your kids don’t need a martyr, they need a model.
I don’t know about you, but I want my kids to see me *living*—partly because *I* want to live and partly because I want *them* to do the same.
On airplanes, they warn us: “Put on your oxygen mask before helping others.” It seems selfish, but it’s better for everyone. The same applies to parenting.
Give your kids the gift of front-row seats… to a life well lived.

@hpm94 Hi Hari, have been researching from last 2.5 years on a method to come up with a unique matchup technique and finally discovered. Have found great results. Am looking to take this further, so please let know if you can help in any way.
Agree with Marc here. Not everyone should be an entrepreneur. It’s romanticized as the ‘best job’ and highest status leaving Stanford, Harvard, etc. It’s really tough. It feels easier than ever to get started with YC and other accelerators giving founders money just by going to the right schools. However, the shine quickly fades when you’re no longer the hot company with 40 investors pinging you to invest as a follower. And many of those follower investors are nowhere to be found when you don’t have PMF. You’re 1 of 100 investments in their portfolio. Most are going to fail. So they don’t want to spend time on you bc you’re not going to generate returns for them. Only those truly obsessed over the problem they want to solve are best fitted to become founders.
The hard part of being a founder isn’t raising money, that’s the easy part.
It’s waking up for years wondering if it’ll ever work.
It’s hearing “no” constantly.
It’s choosing to believe when logic says you shouldn’t.
It’s pivoting for the 7th time in 3 years.
It’s watching your best teammates quit.
It’s pretending to be confident when you’re terrified inside.
It’s reinventing the company because the last product stalled at a few million in revenue.
It’s firing someone you personally recruited and still care about.
It’s being two payrolls away from death and still showing up every morning telling everyone you’ll win. It’s getting crushed by a competitor who just started. It’s sleepless nights because your brain won’t stop and the anxiety won’t leave.
It’s being in a constant state of not knowing what to do as the company evolves.
And it’s keeping at it anyway.
Everything is hard, and it compounds.
Stay in the game, win the game
