@myvoltas @myvoltas,AC has been bought& installed on the exact same number. Funnily the Req# 24041711227 raised on 17/04/24 got auto closed on 27th with no rectification. 2nd request raised on 29th also had same fate on 1st May. Now 3rd req (attached screenshot) not responding #pathetic

@myvoltas, purchased a 1.5 ton AC and learnt my hard lesson!!
No default 3mtr copper piping set delivered within the product. Neither Amazon nor Voltas resolved it. Installation stalled for 1 week .Forced to pay extra money for copper piping.

When I tried calling,they only have AI powered bot and no proper response.

Then raised request on their WhatsApp channel, still didn’t get any call or response from their team. They have not shared their Installation team detail
