I have submited my kyc documents at Axis Bank Murlipura Branch Jaipur on 24th July 2024. My actualy branch is at Vidhyadhar Nagar Jaipur which is 2 km from murlipura. At murlipura branch the said we have already submited documents to respective branch . But when i ask today at

Murlipura branch they told me that we have sent all documents to vidhyadhar nagar branch . But when i visit to branch no documemts is found at nither at vidhyadhar nagar nor Murlipura branch. Now what should i do and where is my documents .who is resposible for the same ???

@pnbindia @PMOIndia @RBI I visited in VKIA Jaipur branch for closure of my saving account on 17th Nov 2023. But still my account is operative and not closed by bank till date. So I requested please close my account.

My insurance due on 25/11/2022 i called many time but no response received from there side i have also one more car but this behaviour of staff is not good so i request please generate my policy i will take action against Hyundai.

@HyundaiIndia @Hyundai_Global i have i20 diesel purchased on 25/11/2015 my insurance is regular done by Hyundai VKIA jaipur.
This time also I received a call from insurance representative and they send me proposal or Rs 6751/- i also paid through phonpe.

After that I received another call from Hyundai representative, they told me that premium is high from 6751/- to 7414/- and force me to pay remaining amount but i told them tham that i have already paid proposal amount so please generate my policy but they denied for policy.
