@UPPolNRI 1 of 5. I want to bring it your attention that a cybercrime has happened with my parents living in Lucknow. He bought a sheet from e-marketing site Naaptol. A fraud of more than one lakh rupees have been made. Lucknow police’ initial response is not encouraging.

@UPPolNRI 5 of 5. Scammers made him transfer over 1 lakh. Now he is struggling to get the FIR registered. Customer care employee’s behavior of Naptol is suspicious. He shared my parent’s no to scammer and provided them full details. A quick response will be highly appreciated.

@UPPolNRI 4 of 5. My parents are very old. They didn’t understood the trap they are getting into. Finally somebody called them on what’s app and kept on telling that they will do the refund. They asked him to do screen share. Scammers kept on convincing that they are from Naptol.

@UPPolNRI 3 of 5. When they called back to customer care number on Naptol they took the matter empathy. At least that’s how they started and kept him redirecting to the senior person. Finally hey said their MD is going to call on what’s app.
