I have raised multiple grievances but no resolution is there till now, I received an email for refund failure due to IFSC mismatch, while after correcting the details it is showing as “you have no refund failure”.

@IncomeTaxIndia Hello @IncomeTaxIndia Can anyone please check and confirm how long would it take to process the refund request further, it is in the submitted state only from last more than 2 months. I have raised grievances multiple times but looks agents are closing them without any action.
