@PostOfficeIndia We visited the Head Post Office in Ongole, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh, to withdraw my mother’s matured FD amount so that we could invest it under SCSS. Unfortunately, the service experience was extremely disappointing.

faced such issues.

Due to the repeated poor service, we are now considering applying for SCSS through a private bank or another PSU bank instead.

I felt the orange-color Vande Bharat EC seats (Train 20701/20702) are not as comfortable as the earlier white-color Vande Bharat seats. Those white seats were much more comfortable for an 8-hour journey.

Yes completely agree, there's no point of declaring holiday after they went to school, it's even more challenging to bring them from half day school...

I don’t know what is stopping airindia to initiate the refund for cancelled tickets it’s more than 25 days and am still waiting for refund of my two tickets. Even a manual ledger settlements should have been much faster than airindia settlements process
