@enjoyGLOBE@talk2GLOBE Why is it that I cannot make an appointment for store pickup of device on Dec 26? After selecting the day and time and then proceeding, it returns as ERROR and cannot process the request.

@DtiPhilippines can you check @enjoyGLOBE Pre-Order Program for the iPhone 12? Pre-order on dec 11, launch today, Dec 18, but i was informed that i can inly get it on Dec 26, earliest date. Does it not defeat the purpose of pre-ordering in the first place?
@PLDT_Cares I hope you understand clearly where I am coming from. I did not have connection from oct 14-22. Reported the matter on 14, tech came 22. Then today no connection again. How can i work? Waiting for another week is no longer bearable. The fact that I’m paying evn for those days
@PLDTHome@PLDT_Cares you really don’t know how to handle complaints against your poor services. Your reliability is at its worst. Disconnected for a week due to a week long waiting for your tech team for restoration then after a day, same problem again!
