Two supervisors after 2 customer service reps, countless back and forth. Nothing but lies about the dish removal. 2 hours of my life wasted. Never again @DIRECTV who has time for this ridiculousness? #terrible #fudirectv

@DIRECTV is nothing but lies! They don’t remove the dish- even though they told me they did MULTIPLE TIMES!!! It’s all recorded on the 3 calls I had with them- awful

@ATTHelp @DIRECTV Scheduled a tech to come and remove my dish (scheduled it 2x because first date I wasnt home) - they never showed! I called n was told they can’t remove the dish!! told me I am responsible for removing it??! Multiple people lied to me!!!
