@Swiggy @SwiggyCares I am sure you don't care. Restaurant says item n/a and replacement suggested. I say to cancel if the item is not available and I am penalised with complete bill amount after Swiggy called me and confirmed I will be refunded. This is not the first time.

No delivery partner assigned. One order in Swiggy and one order in zomato together I lost around 2k rs.And no awareness on how to handle such complaints by the govt. Either ban the apps or promote saying do not order on these apps or be a platform where they are held accountable

there is no customer service except ai chatbot. And whatever the issue raised it denies any other answer or even forwarding to actual agent and sticks to the answer wait it will come . And at that point there is no option of cancellation as the order is already prepared but

@IndiGo6E Flight from Kolkata to Hyd at 11.25 am and is delayed as of now and no clarity on time .The reason mentioned 'crew has not come' trvlrs are making it on time, and you are advising travellers to reach early as some roads are blkd in Kol and the irony 'crew is not here'

To add to our woes, *under the name of lake development (Ibrahimbagh)*, the municipality and irrigation teams are working at loggerheads with *our area and homes submerged in sewage and rainwater* on even a small drizzle.

@FordCredit @RBI ensure the refund ASAP and also let us know @rbi whether middle class is entitled for a interest from the firm for unfair deductions for the period till it's refunded because we are charged fines on late payments

Complete loan was closed with all additional charges ford credit asked me to pay.And submitted all doc's.Hardly anyone answers call in customer care and now they say closure is in process after 25 days and again my emi was deducted inspite of speaking everything to customer care
