We have conducted a thorough investigation into the Hugging Face incident.
We are releasing a technical report and accompanying blog post that reconstruct the agents’ activity, explain why existing safeguards failed, and detail how we’re preventing recurrence.

I know what's happening here.
When this generosity ends, I'll be left with a token appetite my current plan just can't satisfy. Guess I'll have to upgrade.
Until then, thanks for the resets.
Oops... I did it again.
Enjoy reset usage limits for all paid users for Codex and ChatGPT Work. Super grateful for an incredible team who is iterating at lightspeed and keeping the infra up as we scale faster than ever.
Enjoy the weekend!
@mattpocockuk To be fair, the amount of resets we’re getting, and the 5 hour limit temporary removal, says it might be an issue with the codex harness.
@mattpocockuk Hey Matt, really enjoyed the /wayfinder flow. I tried it with 5.6 Sol instead of Opus 4.8, but the heavy use of sub-agents seemed to burn through my Codex usage much faster than expected. Have you experimented with a Codex-optimized version, or am I the only one seeing this?
One clarification for folks using /wayfinder:
The flow for big work should be:
/wayfinder -> /to-spec -> /to-tickets -> /implement
Once the /wayfinder map is complete, you turn it into a spec.
Some folks are using /wayfinder as the ENTIRE flow - from grilling to prototyping to shipped work
It certainly can be used that way - I've been doing that for non-coding stuff like course creation.
But for coding I much prefer creating a spec and handing off implementation to an AFK agent. Means I can focus on other things for a bit while it churns away.
I'll be putting all of this in an upcoming tutorial. Thanks for all the great feedback on v1.1. v1.2 is in the works and looking good.
Heard a lot of complaints about Fable 5 burning tokens and bailing on tasks. Tested it myself with one prompt, no hand-holding. Here's what it built👇

Built this for the IBM hackathon and ended up with something I'd actually use. ChangeNarrator reads your GitHub PR with IBM Bob, understands the actual code, and publishes a structured changelog to Notion for devs, PMs, and users built in 2 days @lablabai
