@TurkishAirlines 2nd attempt from Turkish Airlines to offer me a poor compensation offer they simplify don’t care about losing my luggage and yet continue to give poor customer service

@TurkishAirlines I was told you who lost my luggage,I had to wait 21 days before I could make a claim,it’s now been 24 days,I’ve called back and now they are telling me there is nothing they can do!how can they do this, surely they cannot just dismiss my lost luggage?

@TK_HelpDesk I’ll be doing that and they don’t Reply to the message its been three days and I want you too reply back I would like to know the next process I want to be reimbursed for this My wife , my Daughter Cloths and all of my work. Equipment this is giving me a lot of stress
