@lyft another egregious example of lying to your users. Initial estimate was 4 minutes for a car. I ordered one at 19:08 and was told "see driver details in 1-5 minutes." Nine minutes later I was assigned a driver 12 minutes away. So your initial estimate was off by 21 minutes.
@lyft I requested when the app said "0 minutes, driver currently at pickup." Once assigned I get driver 17 minutes away.
I canceled the ride and the app says a driver is 5 minutes away. You're obviously lying to your users. Just stop.
Finally that car arrived at 19:26. So it took 16 minutes to get a car, 11 minutes at the pickup spot. If you had requested when I actually put in the request I would have waited 3 minutes at the pickup. I don't understand how this is smart. Please explain.
@lyft why is this a thing? If it's a smart pickup I shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes once I get there. You should time the car to arrive when I do. I go through this every time I'm at O'Hare. Your "smart" pickup feature sucks.
@Delta You cancelled my flight and I don't understand how I'm supposed to change it. Your site says I can't change it online, I've waited in chat for 18 hours, and the current phone wait time is 6 hours. Are these seriously the only options for fixing an issue you caused?
