some notes about nsThreadPool for the probably 3 people who like this stuff:
-nsThread doesn’t know what pool it’s on, which makes resolving shutdown hangs a mysterious and arcane place
-nsThreadPool stops accepting work for nsThread long before shutting it down :( waste of time

yknow its kinda nice coming back from pto before everyone else. no backlog to catch up on and i can just play with nsThreadPool::Shutdown uninterrupted for 4 hours straight
