@Delta The worst part of your "secure messaging platform" is that the agents take a long time to respond between questions. I usually have to ask if they're still there. Even then I'm still waiting for a response. A simple "I'm still here" every few minutes would go a long way.

@lyft I ordered a ride for $82 (priority) that was supposed to pick me up in 3 min. After the first driver cancelled and it rebooked me, I waited 10 min to be picked up. I could have used Uber (10 min pickup) for $46. I demand a rerate! I have screenshots.
