That would explain one of the key contradictions in the case-

He turned himself in, but then wants a trial and pleads not guilty. (He did not confess in person to anyone ever as far as all the evidence we’ve seen)

His parents helped turn him in but no statement from them presented as evidence.

Same with the boyscout leader that helped. No statement or testimony. If he confessed everything to them- you’d think they could testify to that in person or in writing…

But instead we just get Lance- the “lover” who’s dna is all over the murder weapon and the screw driver and towel. Who likely had access to Tyler’s electronics and certainly the gun, dremel, bullets, screwdrivers etc.

We don’t even have surveillance video of most of the turning himself in ordeal. Just one weird clip with no face and no timecodes of a dude in a room that looks like TR from behind.

If it was as we’re told- and his parents got him to confess his guilt to them and then they turned him in, you’d think the prosecution would call them as witnesses? Or the boyscout leader? So why are we using photos of text messages (written by a 50 year old) and photos of notes that were mysteriously burnt up…. ? Kind of weird.

All of that is explained by Tyler being partially involved without full knowledge and realizing he’s being framed as a patsy and going to his parents.

Then the retired LE guy escorts him directly into the custody of local officials and he’s in police custody ever since. Seems like exactly what the adults would do to try to keep him safe. Get him to the authorities, get him a lawyer, and shut the fuck up.

I’m not saying we have proof this is what happened- I’m just saying it fits this part of the evidence better than if he had confessed like we’re told ad nauseam by people like Jack Poso. But then none of those confessions make it to court?

Plus I still worry that he could be Lee-Harvey’d any day.

I was in the courtroom today. There is no high-quality, zoomed-in footage showing anyone taking a shot. The video shown is the same distance as the footage of “Tyler” jumping off the roof shown in this screen shot. 

I have no idea why people are claiming otherwise. They know the video isn’t going to be released publicly, so they’re misrepresenting what was actually shown in court.
