FQ: Biggest take away is that you have to be willing to change in order to accept the sometimes difficult road you go down to improve and over come fears and self-deprecating feelings of being on video or whatever the fear is. We are teachers to help students. #ALTIC

A4: I also like the 20-minute HIgh Impact survey for a one pager that hits all areas. I also like the student prompts that can be whole group, asked individually or completed digitally. #ALTIC

A3: Most students are not afraid to tell you exactly what they are thinking and feeling if they 1)know it is not for a grade 2) will not get into trouble 3) they can see how their answers make positive change in the classroom/school.#ALTIC
