@Maire_from_NJ @classdisrupti0n I'm non-certified. My district found ways so that we could continue to be paid while on virtual learning. It was so appreciated. But also, we had days of not sure what to do. Saying that, I'm ready to be back in person, however that may look. I'm also SpEd.
