1/2 - Took my @GiantUK trinity for a new headset to @EdinburghBikes Tuesday, while doing the work they’ve manage to burn through a junction box, 1m Di2 cable, dura ace Di2 break lever electric cable destroyed and top it off updated firmware on full system killing the rear mech

2/2 @EdinburghBikes then advised the rear mech was coincidence & nothing to do with them!!! So I’ve had to pay for new one. A £40 job has cost me £305 so far oh and missed a race as bike with them 5 days. Appalling customer service and workshop skills questionable. #poorservice
