They should be investing in community builders.

I'm studying user empathy in Google's UX design certificate course.

I'm 😡 because everyone says tweeting → Real Pro UX Designer.

Twitter is shutting down Fleets because it didn't solve the "everyone is reading and no one is tweeting" problem.

I might have a contribution.

If Twitter is going to have healthy engagement, it will happen because users use this tool to build communities and invite people to join them.
