@Paytmcare So basically you can just say sweet things like this but when it comes to actual help, there is none. After numerous mails in the past month i have realised that its always these same response “we are working on it”. But i don’t think you are. @PaytmMoney @Paytm

@PaytmMoney Yes why not. We will invest everything and even after successful transaction, we will get a mail for rejection of investment and then there will be no refund. Such a scam! Such a big company and no resolution of issues even after a month. Shame!

They sent defected products and then refused to take them back in the name of policy. Never gonna buy or let my friends and family buy from @TataCLiQ @TataCLiQCare ever again.

@TataCLiQ Got 2 defected Realme Buds Air Pro @realmeIndia from TataCliQ & when it came to returning the products TataCliQ came up with its policies and did not take it back. So who is responsible for the defected products that you are sending to customers? Why should we waste money?

@TataCLiQ Guys Never buy anything from TataCLiQ because it is an online shopping site which doesn’t take responsibility for the defected products that they send and doesn’t even bother to take it back. Worst experience of online shopping is on TataCliQ. Can’t imagine its from TATA group.
