Booked tickets 20+ days ago and I was charged a delivery fee and a 'convenience' fee. The tickets were never delivered despite repeated assurances that they will be delivered before the event.

After failing to get Mumbai tickets and being distraught, I finally got tickets to the Ahmedabad concert but life had other plans.
