Super proud of @UPortland students Hannah, Parker, and Aidan at #AGU23 presenting our work on Mt. Hood. We found that Eliot glacier is an important part of regional summertime water resources and that debris on the glacier plays a role in insulating the ice and slowing retreat.

AGU session proposal numbers are low this year - down 15% from last year. BUT high five to the @AGU_Cryo folks for an excellent set of submissions, up 11% (36-->38) from our previous two years! (some fun new sessions too focused around surging/rifting/lakes)
