Rocket League ruins lives.
Personally, I’m extremely grateful that I was able to compete at the professional level and that I justified spending 15,000+ hours on the game at the time.
But unfortunately, you eventually realize you have spent thousands of hours on a highly addictive game while neglecting other areas of your life.
Most Rocket League skills stay in Rocket League unless you intentionally turn them into real-world skills.
That is why it is so important to take care of yourself outside of the game and build skills that will support you long term.
The good thing is, even if you feel behind right now, you can still catch up by putting focused effort into the areas you have been neglecting.
For me, starting the gym changed everything. It slowly compounded in other areas of my life and helped me realize there is so much more to life beyond Rocket League.
Everyone in my community is a friend of mine, not just a student.
Even if it means I lose money, I still tell them to play less when they need to and constantly remind them to take care of themselves.
I do not want anyone to fall behind in life while chasing improvement in a video game.
Play Rocket League. Chase your goals. Improve as much as you want.
But make sure you are still taking care of yourself and living life outside of it too 🙂
@SportsSeason_ didnt look it up at all, but im assuming its a reg card, but the cashback is pooled and you get lower than other cards on avg but sometimes get a lot back
@loco0108@zoapeyissilly bc its pointless to play this much unless you are making lans, like i have like 3k and i think where i would be if i put 3k hours into anything real that can generate me income, like any other skill i enjoy
couldnt hold my pee anymore so i went to the bathroom and saw my small penis tangled around my pubes but just as i was desperately freeing myself from my hairy cage it reminded me of when i unwrapped my wii u christmas gift when i was 12 as the 9-way stream was about to blow
I hate the way I'm perceived and implied upon. Every social interaction leads definitive conclusions on me as an idea. The millions of me in everyone else's mind. The only true "me" is stuck inside 6 inches of skull and no one can ever see it.
Cuffem was surprised when this 21 year old Avtistic kid’s mum told him to turn off all his devices and go to sleep 😭he believes cuffem is Avtistic as well 💀
