Encanto won mostly because it was a Disney film the voters' children went to see, while the voters never saw films like Flee or The Mitchells Vs the Machines

@Animated_Antic The drop in Netflix’s subs is likely the reason for them to cut back on their animation projects. And that drop is reflective to both the problems of Russia (no Netflix/streaming there) and people canceling subscriptions after the pandemic.
