Great letter. Given these issues (and others), unfortunate RCTs were halted so quickly. While choloroqione/macrolide may (likely?) have no effect, should be careful letting questionably designed/executed observational data dictate the need for higher quality evidence (eg RCTs)

2. I hold retractor for boss. I understand it all!
3. Boss holds retractor, I do surgery. Easy!
4. Junior holds retractor, I do surgery. Hard!
5. I hold retractor for junior. They feel awesome.
