Sometimes I wish I just continued my teaching career or something. I could be out of the country travelling right now or taking my masters instead of preparing for another board exam I'm pretty sure I swore to myself back then to never go through ever again.
How to preserve focaccia:
- Clingwrap
- Put in fridge
- To prevent from sogging, remove clingwrap after taking it out of the fridge
- Probably put another clingwrap to preserve during travel?
I don't randomly wake up in the middle of the night filled with crushing regret to the point of crying anymore. I've come to peace with it, but I'd be lying if I tell you that yearning for what was and what could've been doesn't cross my mind every now and then.
