🌸 Bring on the blossoms! 🌸
Peak bloom has arrived at the @NationalMallNPS, turning the Tidal Basin into a sea of pale pink and white.
Spring in D.C. doesn’t get better than this.
Our first trail run was a huge success! 197 registrants and a good chunk of them came out and braved the frigid temperatures! I’m beyond enthusiastic and pleased on all the positive all the feedback. We are looking forward to putting on another trail race at @FallCreekRanch
I’ve never been one to appreciate birds much…until recently. Every time I walk out my door and look out into my yard, no matter if it’s the front, side, or back door, I see a beautiful red bird…there’s something majestic about it.
Birding is a fun hobby that forces you to slow down, be observant of your surroundings and appreciate a wider world that was there all along. 🦆🦅

Coast Guard rescue swimmer Scott Ruskan saved 165 lives in the Texas flash floods.
The 26-year-old, a former KPMG accountant, directed Army Blackhawk 60s and MH-65s to survivors and helped get them to safety, according to the New York Post.
“Ruskan spearheaded a high-risk rescue mission under the worst possible environmental conditions, which in the end saw 165 brought to safety,” the NYP reported.
“I’m just doing a job,” he told the NYP.
“This is what I signed up for, and I think that any single Coast Guard rescue swimmer or any single Coast Guard pilot, flight mechanic, whoever it may be, would have done the exact same thing in our situation.”
“That’s what we were asked to do and we’re gonna do it. Any one of us, if anyone else was on duty that day, they would have done the same thing as us.”
“We just happened to be the crew that got the case.”
@googlemaps is the absolute worst! I’ve tried for years to get them to stop sending clients to my business through someone else’s private ranch! Quit routing your maps from the aerial photos or videos! Use real streets. Dirt ranch roads are private!
I’ve spent the last week trying to get my new Honda pilot connected to my existing @Honda link account. I don’t understand why this is so complicated!!
@AmazonHelp I’ve already spoken to someone a couple weeks ago. Someone was supposed to change the Amazon map. When the drivers call I tell them if they put my address into their personal phone, it gets them here every time. It’s Amazon’s mapping.
Well @amazon here we are again. You guys for some reason changed the directions to my road. Your maps are trying to make our drivers go through a gated development which does NOT connect to our road & is 20 minutes away. You lost several customers out here including my business
What is wrong with people these days?!? Ordered these shoes from @rackroomshoes and these were clearly returned and then shipped to me. I needed these shoes for an event this coming Friday and they can’t even guarantee they’ll be here by then. Why won’t ppl just do their job?!?
@amazon needs to train their new holiday season drivers better. My address has not changed my Amazon drop off has not changed but lately the drivers can’t seem to deliver my packages. One driver just left my packages at some random gate…20 minutes away from my road! Not happy!
