@ATT @ATTHelp Trying to unlock a paid-off AT&T iPhone X,Non-customer, gifted device, no account access. DM’d @ATT before, got a couple replies then nothing. Portal error: “IMEI doesn’t match any AT&T device.” Have screenshots (confirmation email from Sept 2025 + current error)

Despite multiple emails, your team refuses compensation and only sends scripted replies.
I expect a proper resolution with compensation for the inconvenience and written confirmation of corrective action.

@dominos_india Extremely disappointed.
Order #261 (7 Dec 2025, 22:06) from Upper Govind Nagar, Malad East was cancelled by store after 2 hours.
Calls were rejected, phone switched off, no delivery at midnight.
Customer care keeps sending template replies and refuses compensation.
