In LPG cylinder booking link of the HP Pay app, under Tamilnadu state, for district name, it appears as MADRAS state, which was renamed as CHENNAI nearly 3 decades ago. @HPCL to look into it and revise the same.

@Jasonphilip8 PUC test couldn't be done since mobile number was not linked. Applied online but got the message as, under verification at RTO. Went to RTO. Copies of RC & Aadhaar were demanded. On submission, got the mobile number linked within a couple of hours. No demand for any money.

@kayezad @HDFC_Bank Similarly, when you apply for credit card online, your name will not be captured in full and correctly. When escalated, got the advice to apply physically in the branch. Since they commit lot of mistakes in spelling and punctuation I decided not to go for credit card.
