An important challenge in minimizing the environmental impact in business is leadership practices that inculcate systems thinking in teams.

Integration of single-layer recovery depends on connecting network infrastructure concerns to user requirements.

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

In the era of the cloud, it will be essential to coordinate multiple recovery schemes to deliver mission-critical service.

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

My research focus lately is how assurance-based design can be applied to provisioning languages in order to detect misconfigurations.

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

A network infrastructure for cloud computing applications can tie these applications to the particular recovery mechanism.

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

In 2014, diverse cloud services and and applications may be able to take advantage of multilayer recovery options.

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

I am researching the dependencies between end-to-end services and how to relate the network infrastructure functionality to those services.

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

I have been researching how to migrate software applications for enterprise architecture to a cloud environment.

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

I have been researching assurance-based design and its application to detecting provisioning conflicts in telecommunications networks.

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

I am interested in documenting activities in a process to detect provisioning conflicts in implementing an end-to-end recovery service.

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

I am looking at how to validate a process to detect provisioning conflicts

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

The relationship between dependability and consistent configuration is important; correct configuration may improve network availability

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

Still researching how configuration error detection can achieve enhanced dependability; user interaction drives configuration

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

Interested in mapping configuration settings to a common ontology; I want to relate overall network dependability to correct configuration

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

A process that assesses how dependable the network infrastructure is in providing service to a customer can detect errors in provisioning.

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

I am working on translating router provisioning languages to a common ontology to prove that service requirements are valid.

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

I am interested in collaborating with people to build semantic web applications.

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

Alignment of requirements and solution domain ontologies is a challenging problem. Another is relating solution domain models.

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

I am researching network ontologies for representing transport networks.

[krocjoe @krocjoe]

I have been developing a dependability assessment process to determine whether provisioning of network devices is consistent.
