@amazonIN @AmazonHelp I bought two phones with a gap of few weeks with exchange and in both cases not delivered. It just goes into a loop where the date keeps extending. No transparency at all and frustrating to the customer. I can't recommend anyone buying from Amazon now.

@AmazonHelp ok. will reach out on that and see what happens. Please note the issue is not about getting a refund. Customer support is good with that. The issue I want to raise is at the delivery end that always fails for mobiles with exchange. So you're losing money and customer trust.
