I don’t know what posting on here will really do for me but at least it feels like I’m telling someone. And as sad and as cynical as most of this is going to sound I’ll start with that I am grateful, I have a lot of things in my life I am glad to have and appreciate having and I know not everyone has it like I do in those areas but onto my main point.
Occasionally I’ll take a 3rd person perspective on my life and sometimes when I do it brings me to realizations I hate, the most recent one being an hour ago was that peace is scary to me. It’s unpredictable because in the life I live something is always next. Something is always bad, always wrong. Little or big, relevant or not I know it’s there in my mind somewhere but when I feel peace and can’t find that familiar thought of what the next bad thing might be it’s the scariest feeling cause the answer is I don’t know. Thank you for reading if you got this far, this is my take on how some people deal with traumas and disorders by letting you see my personal experiences
