@HartungIngo @UFPharmD Still wondering why 2nd gen PROTACs are not able to degrade BCL-2 despite having same exit vector and similar linker lenghts as the 3th gen PROTACs. Is there indeed no Lys in reach? Does the piperazine moiety in the linker play a role? Authors didn't comment on this unfortunately
