@FixingEducation I still (mostly) love my job—but I think we all realize we are set-up for failure.
It’s not feasible for one teacher to meet ALL the needs of ALL students each day all year, year-in/out. Some, perhaps several, will struggle and we won’t have the time/resources/energy to help
