@0xFazerAI the crab is the bait, the split is the whole thing. decide and stack being two models you can swap without the crab noticing is just clean separation of concerns you can finally see. "never smooth a pixel" is going in my notes
Claude Code just saved me €400 and 2 years of blaming the wrong thing.
my wifi crawled every night after 7pm. so I did the dumb thing: I upgraded. 50 to 300 Mbit, doubled my bill to €45 a month. still crawled. for a year and a half I paid for speed I never actually got.
tonight I gave Claude Code one command: find what is eating my wifi, and stop it.
a minute later it mapped every device in my flat. 7 total. 6 mine, all named. 1 I had never seen. no name, no vendor, hidden from the router. online every single night, 7pm to midnight.
then it traced the signal. 11 meters away, through the east wall. it wasn't even in my flat. it was in the building next door.
984 GB. two years. I wasn't paying for a faster plan. I was paying for this guy's streams.
one more command and he was gone. 94 → 612 Mbit instantly. the €23 a month I threw at a bigger plan? never needed it.
tomorrow morning I'm knocking on his door with the exact number. he's paying back every GB.
a lot of people have a device like this sitting on their network right now and have no clue. the command to check is in the replies. run it before you sleep tonight.
WHAT THE F*CK DID MY AGENT DO?
My agent finished the task at 11:54pm and then just kept going. Woke up to a $4,712 bill. It spent 7 hours redoing work that was already done.
The dumb part is it knew. The checker said PASS on lap 3. There was just nothing in my setup that said "stop after a pass", so it went back to planning, did it again, checked again, PASS again. Until 7am.
I got annoyed enough to build a little bot to show what happened. You can take it apart, each piece is one part of the setup. Pull the stop button off and it hops around all night at $107 a lap. Put it back and it's done in 3 laps.
Link below if you want to break it yourself ↓
@BercusNA Exactly. On impossible the stop button is useless, only the power cell saves you. When it runs out the bot stops, writes what keeps failing and asks you. Without it the demo just cuts off at 30 laps, a real loop wouldn't
@Yarilo7brigada The opposite one hurts too. Verifier says PASS, nothing tells the bot to stop, and it keeps "improving" finished work all night. Proof before done, stop right after it
This is what a robot's "brain" looks like the second it hears a voice command.
Everyone thought these micro-robots on stage were pre-programmed toys. Watch the feed and tell me that's still what you see.
Look at the graphs firing frame by frame:
• Audio & Vision Sync: the mic turns "can you sit?" into a command while the lenses track the crowd
• Dynamic Balance Loops: every micro-wobble triggers hundreds of corrections to stay upright
• Autonomous Recovery: two of them land upside down at 0:20 and get back up with nobody touching them
Sit, sleep, stand, somersault. That's just what he thought to ask for on stage. Makes you wonder what else they can do when nobody's asking nicely.
This is the part they never zoom in on during the keynote.
