Kindly sensitize your delivery partners to immediately mark pick up as soon as they collect return orders.
Update pending for an order collected 4 hrs back.
This unnecessarily wastes time and results in loose monitoring.

The payment failed but the account was debited. Kindly look into the issue on an urgent basis.
