A proper case study is not a random person talking into a camera and saying how good your service is and how much money it made them.
A case study is a detailed report going over strategy, exact methods used, timelines, etc.
Yes, a video testimonial/interview strengthens a case study a lot, but it is not the only part of it.

Just because people don't interact with your content doesn't mean they don't see it, think about it daily, reference it in their everyday convos, etc.
You should be posting content no matter how low the numbers are - decision-makers are lurking no matter what.
