It is imperative that you include the day of the budget, because if people would have know about the change in the tax, everyone would have taken a call accordingly. My father sold our ancestral property and it is attracting a massive ₹50 lacs as LTCG and the sale registry was done on 23rd July. If we knew about the change in tax, we would have done things differently.

@DGCAIndia Regarding SpiceJet woes, studies suggest the more people are in stress and unhappy, the more mistakes they committ. Maybe the situation at SpiceJet needs to be looked at more keenly. The employees need to stay happy, else a disaster maybe round the corner.
