It has been a busy week and a busy spring season for the team at Sol Vista. Here are some of the roofs weβve repaired or replaced this week!
In these photos are 2 asphalt shingle roof replacements, TPO roof repair, EPDM with ballast leak patch, and a tile roof repair/tune-up π
This ended up being a silicone roof coating bid for a large commercial metal roof that we did not win. It was about a $200k quote. Weβll get the next one π
We are performing a commercial roof inspection at this metal roof in Broomfield. The good news is this roof can be repaired, it does not need an expensive roof replacement. We love to be able to perform quality repairs and extend the life of our clients' roofs!
@SteveStaeger@BianchiWeather My team has been seeing this also⦠we are a roofing company based in Central Park and have noticed a lot of outsiders here in the past few days.
Nothing wrong with competition as long as theyβre honest and fair!
Our project here in Parker has officially commenced, with the first step involving the removal of old roof to make way for brand-new, class-4 impact-resistant roofing system.

@MultifamilyRob If it only has one layer, adding another layer can be a great long-term option. As long as no wet insulation beneath.
If 2 layers or more, it should all come off and be replaced.
You may want to ask about a silicone coating. Different than elastomeric, can get a 20 yr warranty
A win from this week: we were able to stop large-scale leaking at this building with an urgent, major repair project.
We sealed the leaks before new snow arrived, and the renovations inside resumed with all the leaks now fixed.
Onward!
This week at Sol Vista was a busy one, especially for mid winter.
Started two large commercial roof repairs, completed half a dozen new quotes, and installed metal roofing at a gorgeous home in Fraser (see pic).
Grateful for our installers, it was a cold week!
@antonia_mdprjct Such a cool roof design. Looking forward to seeing it completed. Have to imagine 24g standing seam, maybe even 22g with how long those panel runs are.
