@PaytmTravelCare Airindia responded, they didn’t receive any call from Paytm & they clearly said that it is not possible at the airport counter! They said there is no record of infant booking (for which Paytm already charged me) & asked to check with Paytm for infant PNR to associate with our PNR

@ServicesGovAU and @CenterlinkL , I’m unable to contact and connect with an operator to resolve my issue. Operators are always busy not sure why trying for couple of days continuously.
