Honestly, fed up with @Flipkart and @flipkartsupport . Worst customer experience i have had in years. Purchased 2 things in the #bigbilliondays  sale and stuck in both, no way to connect to customer care support, the chat system is basically trash, same copied response everytime

If you are late on a deadline by 24 hours, you are unprofessional.

If your payment is pending for 6 months, that is just how business works.

The double standard is so normalised that most people do not even notice it anymore. Vendors are expected to be precise. Clients are allowed to be whenever.
