Hey @amazon new question.. why is it when you deliver things to the wrong address there’s no pictures of the delivery? Seems odd I usually get pictures of my front door but convenient when things are missing there’s no way to tell where they are magically left 🧐

@AmazonHelp Surprise, chatted into CS again today as there’s nothing showing even saying a refund was requested and I’m told by this new agent they can’t request a refund even though tracking hasn’t updated since 11/15 and it’s just sitting on my credit card for 44 days now?

Super disappointed in @amazon this year. Placed an order 11/13, said it shipped 11/15 but delivery window was in Dec.. well it kept extending and now they claim it must have gotten lost, I can’t seem to get a refund and can’t repurchase for even close to the Nov sale price 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

How do I get @amazon to stop showing up at my house after 9pm?! I get things get behind or maybe too many deliveries but coming to my house this late isn’t appropriate. Also the damage your driver did to my front lawn driving over my grass is still a mess 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Finally confirmed, our @DoorDash driver did pick up my full order tonight and yet decided not to deliver my Oreo milkshake. I called the restaurant. I’ve always wondered if the drivers are out here stealing shit and confirmed. 😡😡😡

@AskCapitalOne the run around trying to dispute a charge is absolutely appalling. Now on supervisor #3, supposedly none of them can transfer (I call bs!) but I’m about to just close this card. The service (or lack of) is ridiculous 🤦🏼‍♀️
