@Mr_David_Perry @PWCPolice I can chime in on that! You are issued a summons on scene for reckless driving (as seen above). That is called a non-custodial arrest. LEOs cannot put handcuffs on and take to jail just for rckls driving under VA Code § 19.2-74

@taylorterry @DCCarViolence @DCPoliceDept Yea I don’t know the changes that have been made or what cars are where but when I was 3D I specifically remember being told to sit on 14th. I’m sure shits changed a little but 99% of the time that explains why there’s a cop parked somewhere all the time.

Fuck MAGA but Fanone disobeyed a direct order to not run into the crowd. He’s a hot headed short tempered cop with poor work ethic.
