The constitution must be reviewed to accommodate the gap between the 'ideal' and the realities after 13 years. The practical learning must be good for something.

The expensive mongrel we have was designed to cure political bad manners and cannot serve the economic challenges the globe is facing and remain a country that cns survive beyond the debt trap.

Some of those devolved function are not efficient with all the fragmentation. We cannot complain that Africa's economic viability is affected by boarders then come divide out countries into unproductive pieces.

And anyway 47 counties is an overkill let alone 390 parliamentary representation and 1,500 ward leaders.

We must rethink and agree to walk back some of these patchworks that are not sustainable.
