The 8th graders visited the DNA Learning Center in Cold Spring Harbor today. They attended 3 workshops where they learned how DNA is used to solve mysteries and how to genetically modify (harmless) bacteria. 🧬🦠🧫@LomsPrincipal

Taught Triangle Angle Sum theorem today! Here's an animation I made in @geogebra that shows how you can fold the angles into a straight line. I like how this emphasizes that it's the line, not the 180 degrees, that matters.
