What my teens are feeling almost twelve months in:
✅ low motivation
✅ frustration
✅ lonely
✅ uncertain
What can we do? Start by listening more than you speak. Follow the 80/20 rule: listen 80%, talk 20%. 9/10 teens need a sounding board, not a bunch of tips.
