@AmazonHelp My email and the outline policy said with in 2 to 4 hours and i hadn't then received the refund. I explained i had requested amazon vouchers.
I was then told I misread the email and app, although they both stated 2 - 4 hours.

@AmazonUK absolutely awful customer service!
Returned an item and told I would receive a refund 2-4 hours after I dropped it at royal mail. Customer Services are now telling me it will be 14 days. Spoke to 5 different people who just kept passing me on to someone else. Shambles!

How difficult is it to get a quote for car insurance with @AdmiralUK. Going round in circles and being passed from one person to another.
Already have home and pet insurance with them. Done it all online previously, including claims.

Ordered a product on @AmazonUK Friday 13/03, marked as Amazon Prime, next day delivery, so expected it Saturday 14/03.
When it didn't arrive, Amazon told me I no longer have Amazon Prime, although I do! Parcel has arrived today, 16/03, only 2 days late!

@SamsungUK my Samsung watch 6, which I've had for 12 months, has just stopped recording my sleep. No updates are available on the watch, last update on the Samsung Health app was 22/10/2024. Sleep recorded intermittently since this update, now not at all. Any ideas please?
